You will be blown away by the majestic and elegant 19th century home which merge into the landscape of Provence with lavender and centenary olive trees. You will experience a corner of paradise with a temperate climate and panoramic scenery.

Surrounding picturesque villages or travel by cabriolet winding through the Provencal landscapes, go on an adventure in the nearby dramatic and scenic Verdon Canyon or enjoy the famous beaches of Saint-Raphaël , Saint-Maxime and the mythical Saint-Tropez easily accessible from The Source Saint-Michel.

When Food & Wine are Perfectly Attuned
The Estate boasts a magnificent cellar of world renowned wines. Access to our private and magnificent wine cellar will enhance your wine tasting experience. Membership of our wine tasting club enables you to attend regular thematic soirees where food and wine are perfectly attuned. Our knowledgeable and convivial host, Christian LALLIER, will lead us through an evening during which perfectly balanced food and wines are celebrated.
French chefs lead cooking workshops which run through out the year and take advantage of natures bounty. Seasonal variations include the availability of unique ingredients such as the Provence truffle.
THE OLIVE OIL
The gold of "La Source Saint-Michel"
From the two hundred olive trees that are the pride of La Source Saint Michel olive oil punctuates the four seasons of the Domaine's life. Size, flowering fruit set harvesting as many steps and attention brought to its emblematic trees of Provence. Always extracted at first cold and unfiltered pressure, our extra virgin olive oil, "the golden oil", is found on the tables of starred restaurants in the region.
